Florida Prefab Modular Homes (registered as Florida Pre-Fab Modular Homes) is a trade name of Black Creek Custom Homes Inc., 4851 South Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480. These terms apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) you receive from Florida Prefab Modular Homes.
Program description
Florida Prefab Modular Homes offers two separate kinds of text messages, and you choose each one separately:
- Inquiry messages: one-on-one conversations with our sales team about your inquiry, appointments and the homes you asked about.
- Marketing messages (optional): occasional texts about available homes, open houses, specials and promotions. You receive these only if you separately agreed to marketing texts.
Agreeing to one kind does not sign you up for the other.
How you opt in
For inquiry messages, you opt in by texting us first or by checking the “Text me about my inquiry” box on a form on our website. For marketing messages, you opt in only by checking the separate, optional “Send me offers by text” box on our website. The marketing box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START.
